Lower Dolpo Trek

Lower Dolpo TrekLower Dolpo Trek offers a wonderful chance to experience a landscape and culture far different from that seen in other parts of Nepal. This is the least complicated trek and one of the most popular treks in western Nepal. This remote and rugged protected area is attractive both scenically and culturally.

The major attraction of this trek is Shey-Phoksundo Lake. This is a protected area with a large bio-diversity and the habitat of various rare and endangered species of wildlife and plants, which is not found anywhere else in the world.
