This is a more strenuous trek, which takes you away from the main trail to offer fantastic views and a marvelous variety of terrains. You take a short drive from Pokhara with our team to the starting point Phedi. We trek along the main trail for the first day but leave all teahouses and stalls behind from second day onwards. We follow a ridge to the Machhapuchrebase camp, from where you can see a panoramic view of Annapurna range, while Machhapuchre stands right in front of you. It is a superb wilderness experience at the heart of the Annapurna ranges. On the way back we trek down through forests along the banks of Seti River into a valley and take a vehicle back to Pokhara. This is an easily accessible wilderness trek and appropriate for an average hill walker.
