• Day 01 :Himalayas of Nepal Access: 3 hours and 100 km outside Kathmandu by Resort Shuttle to within 12km of the Tibet Border.
  
  The Gorge: Ultimate Bungy Nepal takes place on a 166m wide steel suspension bridge over the Bhoti Kosi River.
  
  Altitude: 3600 feet, which is 600 feet, lower than Kathmandu.
  
  The Bridge: Swiss designed, especially for bungy jumping with a 4x safety factor. The bridge has a loading factor of 41,500kg or 4.5 tonnes. And those are Swiss measurements! The Bungy bridge is the longest in Nepal and also the only privately owned bridge. Before its construction, locals walked five hours to cross this river gorge.
  
  The Jump: Ultimate Bungy at The Last Resort in Nepal may be the most spectacular Bungy Jump on the Planet. This remarkable 500ft (160m) drop into the Bhote Kosi River gorge on the Nepal/Tibet border is the longest Free fall in the world.   Water :Tumbling from the snow capped peaks of Tibet, the Bhote Kosi River provides some of the most exciting rafting and kayaking in Nepal, and is quite possibly one of the best short river trips offered anywhere in the world. It´s sort of like being flushed down a huge open air toilet, but the Tidy Bowl Man is your guide and there are no worries. The beautiful location, thrilling, adrenaline charged white water, and the ability to stay in the luxurious Last Resort make this one of our favorite rivers. Regular kayak clinics are available on the lower river sections and there is no better place to experience the thrill and gratification of learning to kayak in the Himalayas.
  
  EarthCanyoning is an amazing full body and mind experience that enables you to explore some of the last forbidden places in the Himalayas. Canyoning involves abseiling, climbing, jumping, swimming and sliding down steep canyon walls and waterfalls to deep pools below, through intimate passages of contorted rock and powerful blasts of water. Having pioneered new canyons we continue to explore and the potential is phenomenal.
  
  A work out on our own on site Rock Climbing wall will certainly get your taste buds ready for some great food and drink at the Instant Karma grill and bar.

  Tired and stiff from playing or travelling, then we could have the perfect solution. Sprawling stone and wooden platforms are cut into solid rock in the Last Resort’s herbal steam room with a refreshing slate lined plunge pool surrounded by lush gardens. The day is done and you are left hungry and thirsty from your adventures. The Instant Karma Bar and Grill serves great food and chilled drinks in a distinctive atmosphere.   If there is time you can get multiple BUNGY JUMPS. If you are staying overnight at the Resort you can jump again the next morning and we guarantee the extra jumps. Mad if you do and mad if you don´t. Multiple jumps must be in the same season and if you do not do them on the same visit then each time you return to the Last Resort you have to pay for food and transport.

Other than the Ultimate Bungy Rafting the Bhote Kosi is without a doubt one of the most exciting things you can do in Nepal without risking a social disease, and quite possibly one of the best short rafting trips offered anywhere in the world. It’s sort of like being flushed down a huge open air toilet, but the Tidy Bowl Man is your guide and there are no worries.   A work out on our own on site Rock Climbing wall will certainly get your taste buds ready for some great food and drink in a distinctive atmosphere at the Instant Karma bar. Guest can use the climbing wall at their leisure and we can arrange instruction for groups and individuals at the cost of US$5 / person for a half day. State of the art mountain bikes with guides are available for a bike tour up to the border of Tibet or a full day to a peak behind Barabise with amazing mountain views. The herbal steam room and plunge pool is the best way to ease those tired muscles after travelling or playing, the steam room must be booked in advance and costs 300 rupees for as long as you wish on that day. We also have a very experienced massage therapist at the Resort 1 hour massage costs US$10, half hour US$5.

  It is without a doubt that kayaking is one of the most addictive sports possible. Kayaking is an encapsulation of life, when you kayak that is all you do. From the moment you pull your spray skirt over your kayak the rest of your life ceases to exist and the fun begins. Based out of the River Side Resort you can learn to kayak in luxury. Great equipment and expert instructors insure that your introduction to kayaking in the Himalayas is safe, positive and enjoyable. No previous experience is required other than the right mental attitude and a sense of adventure.
