Makalu Expedition

Mt. Makalu (8,463 m.) is the world´s fifth highest mountains. It is one another famous peaks for having expedition in Nepal, situated between Everest and Kanchanjunga at Nepal Tibet border. According to the record, Mt. Makalu was first climbed by the French team back in 1955. Ever since their successful triumph, Mt. Makalu expedition trip has been one of the most demanded and popular not only for having summit, but also for trekking. Mt. Makalu trip is popular especially for having amazing scenes of a range of mountains, rocky hills, beautiful settlements, lush jungle full of endangered birds and animals, flora and fauna and superb scenes of a great Himalayas located in Mt. Everest region. 

Mt. Makalu Expedition trip begins with a short flight from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar and then the trail continues through Chichila, Num, Yak Kharka and finally you reach at Makalu base camp and make expedition to the peak, after making summit and having excursion all around, you will retrace back through same route to Tumlingtar, subsequently return back to Kathmandu.
