The fitter you are, the greater the chance of your success to summit the highest peaks. Therefore, we suggest you to pay attention of your fitness. Go for aerobic or any other ways to gain muscle or lose or gain weight but maintain your fitness, because, fitness is one of the first step for preparing oneself for tackling of any kinds of challenges while climbing the snow capped-peaks. Rests are the techniques which will be briefed during the trip.
Health is wealth, the most popular cliché, also best suits in the peak climbing, because, the healthier you are, the easier it will be, while climbing the peak.
